N.O.S.		NEW OLD STOCK
This is a term used for a brand new Ford part for 1963 or 1964 that was never sold.


N.O.R.S.		NEW OLD REPLACEMENT STOCK OR
		NEW OLD REMANUFACTURED STOCK
NEW OLD REPLACEMENT STOCK: These are brand new parts that are direct replacements for OEM Ford parts that were never sold. These will usually be new suspension, electrical, lenses or mechanical, etc. parts made by outside suppliers to Ford such as TRW, Moog, GloBrite, Smith Manufacturing, etc. Again, these will be brand new parts that were never sold.

NEW OLD REMANUFACTURED PARTS: These are rebuilt or remanufactured parts either by Ford or one of their outside suppliers that were never sold. This type of part is usually associated with power steering, mechanical and suspension parts.


O.E.M.		ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE
This is the designation given to original equipment parts. These parts were installed on the assembly line at the assembly plant. Some of these parts were only used at the assembly plants and were never offered by Ford through their parts system. Most NOS parts were made to replace OEM parts.


REPO:
This is a term used to describe Reproduction parts. These are parts that we reproduce for the 1963 and 64 Fords.


REPLACEMENT:
These are parts either made by Ford or some other outside supplier that are designed to replace original OEM parts. They may not look identical but they are designed to replace the original part.

SASE		SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE
When you inquire about a particular part, we request that you send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with your inquiry.


ALL OR ALL MODELS:
This means that the listed part is used on all body styles or all models.


MODEL
This refers to the price class of the car: Galaxie 500XL, Galaxie 500, Galaxie, Custom 500, Custom, Country Sedans, Country Squires, etc.


BODY STYLE	(SEE BODY STYLES DIAGRAM)
This refers to the body configuration of each full size Ford, such as, 2-Door Fastback, Convertible, 2-Door Sedan, 4-Door Sedan, 4-Door Hardtop, 2-Door Hardtop (Boxtop), Station Wagon, etc.
